Go online https://www.michaels.com/teacher-discount and plug in your homeschool info. You can connect it to your Michaels account. You have to wait to be approved. 20% off and it sometimes works on top of any sale items! Don’t forget to always check for Michaels coupons too (many times 20-50% off). Plug in your phone number when purchasing and it pops up if it’s tied to your rewards account.
Coweta library system… 4 libraries are interconnected. They are Central (near soccer fields), Powell (near downtown Newnan), Senoia and Grantville. Bring your intent to enroll to any of them (I showed my copy on my phone and that worked for them), and get yourself an educator card for the remainder of the school year. No more library fines & due dates. This can help you plan ahead. Unlimited checkouts. The only bummer is the program ends and you have to return your books for the summer. Reapply each year for a new card! Don’t forget to also take advantage of our library’s digital resources and events!
Not finding what you are looking for in the Coweta Library system? Head to Peachtree City or Hogansville Library and get a FREE PINES library card! The app is wonderful to reserve books across the state to pick up at these libraries. I HIGHLY reccomend you sign up and take advantage of this amazing book reservation system and save on your homeschool budget. “Georgians with a PINES library card have access to materials beyond what is available on their local shelves and enjoy the benefits of a shared collection of 10.6 million books and other materials that can be delivered to their home library free of charge. If you are a resident of Georgia, you are eligible to receive a free PINES library card. Visit a participating PINES facility for additional information.”
